On December 17, 2009, New World Pastries was featured as a Groupon side deal for the Chicago area. The offer was for a 10-inch holiday cake for 50% off the regular price. If you took advantage of this deal but have not yet redeemed your coupon, it is good until June 18, 2010.

The offered specials were (pictured clockwise from top left):

1. Buche de Noël - a cappuccino Yule log
2. Snowball - dark chocolate mousse coated in white chocolate and sweet coconut
3. Nika - vanilla genoise, mango mousse, and fresh berries
4. Glazed Marquise - glazed dark chocolate and raspberry chocolate mousse
5. Home Sweet Home - caramelized apples and cinnamon tart topped with cheesecake mousse
6. White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake - self-explanatory!

To place an order (at least 48 hours advance notice required), please email order@newworldpastries.com. Include your name, a phone number where you can be reached, which item(s) you would like, and your desired date/location of pickup.

• Theatre Cafe, 2958 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL (Theatre Cafe is offering a 10% discount on dinner for customers who pick up cakes here)
